Marvel Studios and Disney Jump On the Now Vacant May 6, 2011

Since Spider-Man 4 has been put into production reverse to hire a new director and cast, Marvel Studios and Diesny wasted no time in announcing that they would be moving up the Thor movie's release date two weeks to May 6, 2011.
