__If they can pull this one off like it should be done intergalctic style then Movie Gurus have reached a new height and I will be impressed. Ever the sceptic here I will have to see it to believe it so I will do all any good Geek can do...HOPE! Even while expecting Failure. Hope!

I am excited about this one. I might have to actually get the HBO channel to watch this series because if their ever was a Intense, complicated and Interesting Fantasy story that should be told an hour at a time it Song of Ice and Fire. I loved the novels and see where this would make a hell of a series and if they do a real good job I will be buying this for my DVD collection.

I just hope that they are going to take the opportunity to "pass the torch" to a new cast to ensure the longevity of the franchise. Especially while they can still get the original cast to appear. Have a student of Egon's, Ray's neice/nephew, Oscar from GB2 and Winston's kids. It'd be a nice switch over and Bill Murray could spend a week on set and be done.

It's amazing how many people who haven't seen this movie or even heard of it. Heck I coached some kids that had never seen Star Wars. ANY of them! That's just child abuse...

I have a pretty good feeling that the reboot will be good on the Iron Man level and make the collective Spidey fans forget this spot in the franchise. I've gotten a lot of responses on this podcast both agreeing wit me and calling for my head.
I'll end it on this: kudos to Raimi's cast, crew, Sony and Avi Arad for blazing the trail and saving Spider-Man from James Cameron's development hell, but now that Marvel Studios and Christopher Nolan have shown us what a comic can be - it's time to part ways, reboot and look for the Spider-Man we know can be made now.

Kind of bummed, although Spider-Man 3 sucked. They left many things unresolved, just wished there was closure to the series.

__ Well I agree that the story is an enigma for Force Unleashed 2 ESPECIALLY for those of us that need the story line intact to make sense of the universe.
__ I am a Star Wars Fan and yes probably to the extent that they should give me medication eh... but that is no reason to play a crappy game. However I don't agree that Star Wars Galaxies was such a game. YES the SWG has some serious issues "BIG ISSUES" but it felt like Star Wars. So UCFB (Undercoverfanboy) and Griz, I highly disagree with you on the idea that SWG was a crappy game (before ABSOLUTELY DESTRUCTIVE "Patches"). I will even list off some clear reasons for the game being KICKASS and not specifically in order.
1. The nature of the character skill tree which you customized your character was just awesome. You could be pretty be anything you chose to be and cross several classes for a diverse style creat new ways to play the game in just the way you chose to play. There was classes for all types of players like even the chat wh***s had classes. Dancers and Musicians too just name a few. And not the mention they had a really large number of classes with plenty of variety to them
2. Economy was awesome. 90 percent of everything in game that players used was crafted by other players. Some took great pride in their work creating high quality stuff experimenting with schematics to make something with stats that was hard to reproduce and spending time and credits to get the materials to make coveted items. While some crafted just cranked out worthless crap and or standard goods.
Blasters, Ships, Grenades, Armor, Clothing of literally any kind, Houses, and the list goes on and on. It was fantastic the level of detail to the crafting system. If you wanted to craft you really dedicated yourself to craft goods and players would do business.
3. Community. They in game player created city with structure like Guild Halls and Vendor that a person could setup their own place of business and become reknown for their wares. Shuttles ports, Fountains, Taxes, and people would rally to defend their town against invaders. You could have mission terminals in your town. Oh the list goes on and on. So much to cover.
4. PVP was out of site and fun. Sure their was alot of balance issues but it was intense and everyone was whatever they wanted to be or if you wanted to be jedi you had to really earn it and it was tough as only Jedi are(mostly).
Bases were everywhere on each planet and whether imps or rebels controlled it was dependant on the players. Many war were fought at the bases and Meanwhile the Bounty Hunters were always hunting the JEDI in game. I ramble. Transportation and Dungeons but the list of everything cool goes on and on.
I haven't even begun to make a list long enough or expounded 1 iota of these reasons and could list a myriad more guys. Sure it needed alot of work and by alot I mean ALOT. I could even make a list just as long of things that needed fixed as I can good things. They even straight up lied to everyone about the THEORETICAL improvements but that is a whole other thread. Anyone else feel free to comment. I would love to here some more feedback GOOD and or BAD.
