Officially, Marvel and Activision have announced that Carnage and Psylocke would be in the first DLC available for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. Unofficially, it seems that GameSpot has let it slip that Cable, Black Panther and Magneto would be joining the cast. Co-Optimus has discovered a Gamespot video (at about 6:40…) that shows all five of the characters available to choose to make a team. New DLC – Yeah!!! Carnage – WTF?!? Psylocke is a cool addition 
and Black Panther and Cable were givens. Magneto will be fun to play, but Carnage will just be Venom/Spider-Man. Why waste the character space when you have much better Marvel characters to choose from. Sentry, Ares, Ronin, Cyclops, White Queen/Emma Frost, Angel/Archangel, Nightcrawler, Wasp (Janet, not Hank…), Namor, Ghost Rider – I could go on for hours before I even hit Carnage. And while I’m complaining – WTF with Green Goblin’s alternate costume being the Hobgoblin?!? How much cooler would it have been for it to have been Norman Osborn in a business suit? Hey guys, how about you read some comics other than just the Civil War storyline. Especially for the DLC content. Let’s have some current characters that are having some kind of weight in the Marvel U right now. And contrary to popular belief, that can be done while still picking characters that are fun to play and popular.
___I have yet to play the second one yet but can I just take a moment to say that if I am ever have to be stabbed with a katana, please let it be a hottie like Psylocke. I would die with Eye Candy, YUM.
