Yahoo Movies posted some first look images of Disney & Tim Burton’s new live-action Alice in Wonderland. Yet another childhood memory made weird by Tim Burton and company. Don’t get me wrong, I love his work; but childhood is freaky enough without his help. I will say this, Lewis Carroll would be proud. These stills are so psychedelic that anybody going to see this high will either have a realllly good time or a realllly bad time. The movie is set to release sometime in 2010 and stars Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, Matt Lucas as Tweedledee & Tweedledum, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen and Mia Wasikowska as Alice. If this movie is anywhere as good as 2005’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, it will make the first week and become a cult favorite.
